Eusebio Forestier fondly known as Tio Cuco, 68, of Harrisburg, was using a mobility scooter when he was struck by a vehicle, in the 300 block of North Second Street in Harrisburg around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, as Daily Voice previously reported and as explained in a GoFundMe launched to help Tio Coco's family.

The business that was struck was The Treasure Trove Toy Store, owned by Jennifer & Jason Crocenzi of Enola. It had only opened this second location in Dec. 2023. It was freshly painted with a new sign, according to its Facebook page.

Despite serious damage to the store, the owners intend to reopen as soon as possible.

"This store isn't just a toy store but also an outreach for the homeless, family friend Kristen Marshall wrote on a GoFundMe. "Jennifer has helped several people get off the street using this store and her resources. They need help at this time."

The driver who caused the crash and was hospitalized in critical condition was drunk at the time of the crash, Tio Cuco's family wrote in their GoFundMe.

His niece Anaysia Sanchez wrote the following on the GoFundMe campaign page:
"Our uncle was a kind and loving soul who brought joy and warmth to everyone he met. He had overcome many challenges in his life, but nothing could have prepared us for this heartbreaking and unjust event. His loss has left a void in our family that can never be filled."

His services are scheduled for Monday, Oct. 28.
